Pricing Information

We are out of network providers for all plans, with the exception of Aetna commercial insurances.

For patients not using insurance, appointment pricing is as follows:

  • Initial Office Visit Cost: $200 (Follow-up: $125)
  • Initial Telehealth Visit Cost: $175 (Follow-up: $100)
  • Initial Home Visit Cost: $275 (Follow-up: $200)
  • Occupational Therapy: $200 (Follow-up: $150) covered in network for many families with BCBS. Current patients & referrals only.
  • Craniosacral Therapy: $100 (Follow-up $55)

Check your out of network benefits – you may be eligible for reimbursement or application of visit costs to your deductible. Learn more here

Beginning 7/14/25, we will no longer be accepting new patients via The Lactation Network. Any patients approved for coverage prior to 7/14 will be able to use their covered visits until 12/31/25. 

We accept HSA!
