Pricing Information
- Initial Office Visit Cost: $200 (Follow-up: $150)
- Initial Telehealth Visit Cost: $150 (Follow-up: $125)
- Initial Home Visit Cost: $275 (Follow-up cost depends on location)
We accept HSA!
We accept United PPO and BCBS of RI and IL plans through The Lactation Network. Virtual services for United patients are not covered. Verify your eligibility here.
We are in network with Aetna commercial insurance. Virtual services for patients are not covered. We will verify your insurance after booking.
All other plans: We are out of network providers. Check your out of network benefits – you may be eligible for reimbursement or application of visit costs to your deductible. Learn more here
Beginning 7/14/25, The Lactation Network decided to end their relationship with BCBS plans (with the exception of IL and RI). Any patients approved for coverage prior to 7/14 will be able to use their covered visits with us until 12/31/25.
Special note for families with BCBS: Anthem BCBS will not permit an IBCLC to join their network of providers unless they are also a physician. This limits standalone IBCLCs in their ability to accept insurance. Since 2022, we have worked with The Lactation Network to help us utilize our patients’ out of network benefits. Unfortunately, TLN terminated their relationship with BCBS of KY on July 14th, 2025. This change has been detrimental to Kentucky families and small lactation practices across the Commonwealth.
Our group is in network with BCBS of KY in order to bill for occupational therapy services for our infant patients 0-12m who are struggling with developmental and feeding concerns; however, since IBCLCs are restricted from joining the BCBS network, only our OT, IBCLC, is an in network provider, and she is unable to bill for lactation assessment due to these restrictions imposed by BCBS. We understand that this can be confusing, and are here to answer any questions you may have.
