If you’re looking to schedule with a specific provider, need to schedule an appointment today, or need to contact us on the weekend, please call us at 859-456-2025. Our front office hours are Monday 8:30am – 12:00pm and Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 8:30am – 4:00pm. However, our practitioners accept appointments 7 days a week 9:00am – 7:00pm.

Insurance Information
There are many ways to use your insurance benefits for lactation care! Check out our options below.
We work with The Lactation Network to help families utilize their out of network benefits. See if you qualify for coverage here, and then come back to this page to schedule. Do not fill out this form if you have Aetna, as we are in network providers with them, and the process to verify benefits is different.
For patients not using insurance, appointment pricing is as follows:
- Initial Office Visit Cost: $200 (Follow-up: $150)
- Initial Telehealth Visit Cost: $200 (Follow-up: $150)
- Initial Home Visit Cost: $300 (Follow-up: $275)
Check your out of network benefits – you may be eligible for reimbursement or application of visit costs to your deductible.
