If you have been seen for a prenatal appointment with us and have now had your baby, please book an INITIAL lactation appointment.

Pricing Information

  • Initial Visit Cost, office: $200
  • Follow Up Visit Cost, office: $150
  • Initial Visit Cost, virtual: $150
  • Follow Up Visit cost, virtual: $100
  • Prenatal Visit Cost, office or virtual: $150
  • Home Visit Cost: $275
  • Occupational Therapy Initial Visit Cost: $150
  • Occupational Therapy Follow Up Visit Cost: $100
  • CST Initial Visit Cost: $120
  • CST Follow Up Visit Cost: $60

All initial appointments include a care plan, and messaging support for 2 weeks following your visit. If it has been more than 1 month since you saw your consultant, you will be encouraged to make a follow up appointment.

Insurance Information

We accept HSA!

We have a lot of work to do to get private lactation services covered in the state of Kentucky! As out of network providers, we have more availability and more time to spend with you and your baby to allow for the best care possible. See below for the plans that allow us to bill them through a third party company. 

If you have Cigna, we work with Wildflower Health so that your visits are covered at 100% with the exception of travel fees. Verify eligibility here, then you will be redirected back to this page to schedule.

If you have United, we work with The Lactation Network so that your visits covered at 100% with the exception of travel fees. Verify your eligibility here, then navigate back to this page to schedule.
