Personalized lactation care,
brought to you.
You need someone who can look at the whole picture, help you understand what’s happening, and create a plan that makes sense for your baby and your real life.
I provide personalized, one-on-one lactation care in homes throughout Central Kentucky. We can assess feeding where it actually happens, talk through your concerns without rushing, and create a plan you can feel confident carrying forward.
And because your care shouldn’t end when I walk out the door, your home visit includes a virtual follow-up 3-5 days later so we can see what’s changed, answer questions, and adjust your plan if needed.
I intentionally accept a limited number of families each month. This allows me to provide thoughtful, individualized care not just during your visit, but between visits too.

1. You tell me what’s going on.
Fill out the request form and tell me what’s been happening. You don’t have to know what’s wrong, or have a diagnosis to get help from me.
2. I come to you.
No packing up your newborn. No waiting room. No trying to recreate your feeding situation in an unfamiliar office. I come to your home and we work together in the environment where you actually feed your baby.
3. You leave with a plan.
You’ll know what we’re working on, what to do next, and what to watch for. Your home visit also includes a virtual follow-up 3–5 days later so we can reassess and make adjustments as needed.

This is for you if…
You want someone to actually listen.
You’ve already tried the internet, advice from friends, maybe even other professionals – and you still don’t feel like you have a clear answer.
You want to understand what’s happening.
You’re tired of guessing whether something is normal, whether your baby is getting enough, or whether there’s something you’re missing.
You want a plan that fits your life.
You don’t want to spend every waking hour pumping, feeding, washing bottles, or trying another strategy that isn’t sustainable.
You want care that comes to you.
You’re recovering, have other children, are exhausted… or just the thought of getting everyone (and every thing) out the door feels impossible.
