I had an appointment with Ashlee. I was super nervous going in because the majority of my experiences with lactation always leave me feeling like I was doing everything wrong. Not with Ashlee at KBC. I left feeling validated and encouraged that we were in the right path when it came to successfully breastfeeding our daughter!! I couldn’t have asked for better support during both of my breastfeeding journies. I found Ashlee several months into my first experience and was about to give up from all the struggles we had. She literally SAVED me and we went on to breastfeed for 13 months total. She kept it positive but honest, gave great advice, was very responsive, and connected me to other great providers that also supported our journey. With my second, I didn’t wait. We met before baby came to make a game plan and she’s come to my house a couple times to check in. This experience has been SO much smoother so far and I give a lot of that credit to Ashlee and KBC. I can’t say enough good things about KBC. I worked with Ashlee and Abbey and both were great. I did not have an easy breastfeeding journey and my daughter had multiple struggles as well. Ashlee and Abbey were both so patient in helping us figure out what was going on and working with us to solve these issues. They are both very knowledgeable in their areas. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I initiated therapy sessions for my 1 year old who was having trouble with solids and swallowing different textures and Abbey was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, communicates well, asks about parents’ concerns or if we have more questions she needs to address. She always greets you with a smile and sends over exercises through the patient portal and is such a professional. I am happy a friends fevered us to KBC and would send anyone who is looking for support in their breastfeeding or feeding journey.

I love KBC! I could not have gotten through learning how to breastfeed/pump/becoming a first time mom without Ashlee’s help! She is amazing and I’m sure the rest of the staff is awesome as well! Ashlee made me feel so comfortable that I was able to get a lot out of each visit. They will listen to your goals/needs without any pressure until you are where you want to be with your feeding journey! I highly highly recommend!!

Ashlee and Abbey were amazing! Having the option for lactation to make a house call is a total game changer. Who wants to drive your brand new baby anywhere while you’re already stressed enough?? Easy to reach by phone and always was able to help during what seemed to be an emergency. Highly recommend!!!!

Ashlee was so helpful with getting my baby to take a bottle prior to starting daycare. She didn’t brush off my concerns that my baby was struggling and she gave me useful tips and exercises to do in the days leading up to the transition. She sent me a full recap of everything we talked about and checked in multiple times after our appointment. Finding someone kind and helpful when you are struggling to feed your baby is such a blessing!

Breastfeeding does not come naturally, and having the support and knowledge of someone who specializes in feeding will save you so much stress.
