Low milk supply is so deeply personal and I strive to provide personalized guidance to optimize milk production and boost breastfeeding confidence. Through one-on-one consultations either in your home or virtually, my goal is for you to enjoy this time frame instead of concerned about milk supply.
Prenatal Lactation Support
Prenatal lactation support services empowers expectant mothers with the tools, knowledge, and confidence they need to prepare for breastfeeding before their baby arrives. Through personalized consultations and hands-on guidance, mothers learn essential skills like latching, positioning, and milk supply management to create a smoother and more successful breastfeeding experience.
Breast Pump Support

Bottle Refusal

Tongue Tie Therapy

Home Visits
Personalized, one-on-one lactation care in homes throughout Central Kentucky. We can assess feeding where it actually happens, talk through your concerns without rushing, and create a plan you can feel confident carrying forward.
And because your care shouldn’t end when I walk out the door, your home visit includes a virtual follow-up 3-5 days later so we can see what’s changed, answer questions, and adjust your plan if needed.

Virtual Appointments
Sometimes it doesn’t work out to have someone come to the house, and that’s okay! That is where virtual appointments come in. You receive similar support like home visits with personalized and one-on-one lactation care.
