Mentorship for the Next Generation of IBCLCs
Support for Future, New, and Growing Lactation Professionals
You Don’t Have to Figure It All Out Alone
Whether you’re preparing for your IBCLC exam or stepping into private practice, you deserve real support. Not just more Facebook threads. At Kentucky Breastfeeding Center, we offer clinical and business mentorship to future and current IBCLCs so you can grow your skills, your confidence, and your caseload without the burnout.
IBCLCs: I love supporting moms and professionals alike. Join me for my next virtual training on breast refusal, coming up June 28th at 2 pm EST! Sign up below.

Are you a lactation consultant looking to start your own practice? Download my 33-page guide to help you get things moving.
I also offer 1:1 mentorship for IBCLCs. Please email contact@ashleeibclc.com and include “IBCLC mentorship” in the subject line.
Future IBCLCs or lactation supporters: Currently, our mentorship program is paused and we are not taking mentees/interns. While you’re waiting for it to reopen, you’ll need 95 breastfeeding education hours!
The only lactation counselor course I recommend is the Infant Feeding Counselor course. I’m an affiliate, which means I do get a percentage if you purchase the course with my code or through my link. There are cohorts 4x/year. The current cohort started May 11th. You can learn more below. Use code KBC for $100 off your registration.
I offer 1-hour calls to folks looking to become lactation professionals. Please email contact@ashleeibclc.com for more info and nclude “mentorship” in the subject line.
