Our practice is going home-based in July! Office visits are available through 7/22.

Pricing Information:

• Initial Visit Cost, office: $200
• Initial Visit Cost, virtual: $150
• Prenatal Visit Cost, office or virtual: $150
• Initial Visit Cost, home: $225

All initial appointments include a care plan, and messaging support for 2 weeks following your visit. All prenatal appointments include priority home visit booking and messaging support while in the hospital or up to 2 days after delivery.

We accept credit, debit, and HSA!
