Pricing Information:

• Initial Visit cost, virtual: $150
• Follow Up cost, virtual: $100
• Prenatal Visit cost, virtual: $150
• Initial Visit cost, home: $225 (add +$25 if 26+ miles from 40383)
• Follow Up cost, home: $175

All initial appointments include a care plan, and messaging support for 2 weeks following your visit. All prenatal appointments include priority home visit booking and messaging support while in the hospital or up to 2 days after delivery.
