Pricing Information if your plan does not work with WF or TLN:
- Initial Visit Cost, office: $200
- Initial Visit Cost, virtual: $150
- Prenatal Visit Cost, office or virtual: $150
- Home Visit Cost: $275
- Occupational Therapy Initial Visit Cost: $150
- CST Initial Visit Cost: $120
All initial appointments include a care plan, and messaging support for 2 weeks following your visit. All prenatal appointments include priority home visit booking. Packages available following initial visit. Three visits: $400 Six visits: $800
